Partners

As a partner, you represent a company, a company or any entity that wants to create loyalty cards.

Clubs

Clubs serve as organizational tools in the partner dashboard. Imagine clubs as distinct categories that segregate employees associated with various loyalty cards. For example, a business with multiple locations may have a separate customer card for each location. Using clubs ensures that employees at one location do not interact with customer cards at another.

Loyalty cards

Loyalty cards are the core of the system. Each loyalty card has general settings and rules, content and design features. A loyalty card can contain one or more rewards. Rewards are the coveted prizes that members save points for.

Staff

Employees are at the heart of the points and rewards mechanism. They scan members' QR codes with any device. The QR code takes you to the team dashboard. If they are verified and authorized for that specific card (i.e. belong to the same club), they can award points or validate a reward claim for the member.

Members

Members, or customers, accumulate points to earn rewards. Partners have access to a list of members who used their loyalty card, listing those who accumulated points.

Staff

Team members can add points to member card balances. To do this, the employee must be a member of the same club as the loyalty card. When creating a loyalty card, partners must assign the card to a specific club – the same goes for employees.

QR code scanning

Each loyalty card has a QR code that is visible to logged in members. When an employee scans the QR code on a member's loyalty card, they are directed to the employee dashboard where they can enter the value of the member's purchase. The system then calculates the corresponding points based on this value and the specific rules associated with the card.

Recent member interactions

Team members have access to a list of members they have recently interacted with. This includes members whose QR codes have been scanned and who have been issued points or rewards in the last 7 days. Each member's record includes one or more cards that the team member interacted with.

Points only mode

There is also the option to activate the Points only option. With this setup, a team member only needs to enter points and not the purchase amount.

Redeeming rewards

A similar process is used to redeem rewards. Once a member accumulates enough points for a reward, they display the QR code to claim the reward. The team member scans this code to claim the reward.

Rectifying Errors

In the event of inadvertent errors when crediting points or redeeming rewards, partners have the option to roll back the most recent transaction. This ensures that corrective actions can be taken to maintain the integrity of the loyalty system.

Built-in QR code scanner

While all QR codes can be read using any standard QR code reader or your device's camera app, our system also includes a built-in QR code reader for added convenience. Team members can use this integrated scanner to read loyalty card codes.

Please note that since this QR scanner relies on client-side JavaScript code, its performance may be a little less consistent compared to a native app. If the QR code resolution process lags, a page refresh followed by a rescan often helps.
